Engineer Vitale Grisostomi Travaglini was born in Fermo on the 21/08/1970, graduated in Construction Engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1997, he has been registered in the Role of Engineering of the Province of Macerata since 29/07/98. From 1998 to 2006 he worked in the office A.I.T. in Sforzacosta of Macerata and from 2000 to 2002 in the office of Eng. Castelli of Senigallia. He also obtained title of “Coordinator for safety”. He has been speaker on the seismic influences on masonry buildings at the Institute of construction in Milan. He has a deep understanding of problems connecting with monumental buildings bound by laws concerning architectural heritage (viz. Law 42/2004 (ex L. 1089/39). He has a good knowledge of both written and spoken English and French.
In 2006 in Macerata Le Marche the office of Engineering and architecture Vitale Grisostomi Travaglini was founded and specializes in the restoration of farm houses and buildings of historic and artistic value.
The Studio works mainly on architectonic and structural restoration. The projects are developed in Marche region, a central Italy area between Adriatic Sea and Appennines Mounts. The most important Marche' cities are Ancona, Macerata, Fermo and Ascoli Piceno. The Studio has good experience on old farm houses recovery, on villas restoration and historical building reconstruct. Plans are made to meet client’s requirements through a relationship based on collaboration and trust. We communicate quickly through e-mail and update our clients on the work progress with both written and photographic report.
